Katherine Rodriguez (nee: Caban) – of Bayonne passed away peacefully at her residence with loving family by her side on Tuesday April 17th2018, she was 92. Born in Aquadilla, Puerto Rico, Katherine was the devoted wife to Isaac Rodriguez and the cherished mother of Aida Jurgensen and husband William and to Nancy Visone and husband Neil. She was beloved grandmother to Carlos Carrasco and wife Dana, Vincent Miranda, Elizabeth Miranda, Melissa Lauer and husband Michael and to Erica Aiello and was great-grandmother to Julianna & Arabella Lauer. Katherine was pre-deceased by her parents Ramon & Teofila, siblings Angel, Nemescio, David, Aida & Generosa and her beloved daughter Jeanette Carrasco and surviving her is a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, step-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren and dear friends. Visitation will be held on Sunday April 22ndfrom 4-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rdSt.) in Bayonne with a private cremation to follow. In lieu of any flowers the family requests donations be made in Katherine's memory to Hospice Comfort Care of NJ with envelopes to be provided at the funeral home.
