Lilia Soneyro (nee: Castrillon) - of Bayonne passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on Tuesday November 26th 2024, she was 81.  Born in Colombia, South America, Lilia was the devoted wife to the late Carlos Soneyro and the loving mother to Diana Sotiropoulos and her husband Jorge Henao.  She was pre-deceased by her brothers Arcadio & Antonio (Moises) Castrillon & her sister Miriam: and surviving Lilia are her sisters; Ana (the late Caesar), Gloria (Mario), Consuelo (Javier), Martha (Gonzalo), Soledad (Guillermo), Patricia (Joaquin) & Ruth Castrillon, as well as a whole host of other loving family members and dear friends both here, as well as in Colombia & Argentina.  Visitation for Lilia will be held on Sunday December 1st from 2-6PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne.  A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday December 2nd at 11AM at St. Vincent's Church, 979 Avenue C in Bayonne, with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 10AM.   A private cremation will follow.  In lieu of any flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Lilia's memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital which can be done directly by clicking the "Memorial Donation" tab below.
