Louis James Fusaro Sr. – of Bayonne, passed away peacefully at his residence with his loving family by his side on Monday November 13th 2017, he was 85 years old. Born in Jersey City, Louis started his working career there as a hairdresser where he eventually opened three salons (Ruselou, Mademoiselle & Stylarama) and a beautician school. He was an avid golfer, A HUGE NY Yankees AND NY Giants fan, a semi-pro baseball player who was on the NY Yankees farm team, an assistant basketball coach for Hudson Catholic High School and St. Anthony's JV teams, he was a member of The NY Giants Booster Club. Louis was the devoted and loving husband of 55 years to Patricia (nee: Davis) Fusaro and the loving father to Louis Fusaro Jr. and his wife Stephanie and to Lauren Meleo and her husband Mark.  Louis was also the cherished grandfather to Danielle, Briana & Michael Fusaro and to Marco & Dominic Meleo.  Louis was pre-deceased by his brother Michael Fusaro and his wife Renee, his sister Yolanda Sawicki and her husband Leo and his brother in law Vincent Delano and surviving Louis are his sisters Barbara Mancuso and her husband Steve, Rosemary Delano and as well as a host of other loving family members and dear friends.  Visitation for Louis will be held on Monday November 20th from 3-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne with a prayer service to be celebrated at approximately 7:30 PM.  A private cremation will follow.  In lieu of any flowers the family requests that donations be made in Louis' memory to St Jude's Children's Hospital or Global Lyme's Alliance Inc. with envelopes which will be provided at the funeral home or with links that can be found on Louis' obituary page at www.MigliaccioFuneralHome.com .
