Louis Joseph La Bruno Sr. – a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully at his residence with loved ones by his side on Sunday December 24th 2017, he was 76.  Louis was the devoted husband to Rose (nee: Cenimo) La Bruno and the loving father to Louis La Bruno Jr. and his wife Kelly, to Toni Ann La Bruno and to Nikki Guthrie and her husband Thomas.  Louis was also the beloved grandfather to Anthony La Bruno and to Justin, Ryan & Cody Guthrie.  Louis was pre-deceased by his brothers Dominick, John & Gary La Bruno and surviving him are his sister Jean Ann Battaglia and a host of other loving family members and dear friends.  A private cremation was already held. A memorial wake for Louis will be held on Thursday December 28th from 5-9 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne with a prayer service to be held at some point during the visit.  In lieu of flowers please make donations in Louis' memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, with envelopes to be provided at the funeral home or with a link that can be found at www.MigliaccioFuneralHome.com.
