Lucy Monacci (nee: Buonincontro) - a lifelong resident of Bayonne passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday December 16th 2017, she was 84.  Lucy worked at the Dixon Pencil Company in Jersey City and at Holiday Tree & Trim in Bayonne for many years before retiring.  Lucy was also a world class bowler who last competed for The Western Electric Retirement League.  She was the devoted wife to the late Thomas Monacci and the loving sister to Mary Krol and her husband Peter and was pre-deceased by her parents Anthony and Maria (nee: Serinelli) and her sisters Antoinette and Filomena Buonincontro. Visitation will be held on Thursday December 21st from 10AM -2PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne with a funeral Prayer service to be celebrated at the funeral home at approximately 1:30 PM. Entombment will immediately follow at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City.
