Luis Enrique Fuchs Sandoval took his final breath on February 3, 2021 at Christ Hospital Jersey City, NJ.  Luis whom his family and friends called "Lucho" was born on October 22, 1953 in Lima, Peru.  Lucho graduated from the University of St. Martin De Porres in Lima with a Sociology degree.  After graduating, Lucho spent some time in Venezuela before returning to Peru to be close to his family.  In 1992, Lucho came to the United States and made NJ his new home.  When not working, Lucho loved spending time with his family and close family friends.  Friends and Family will always remember his smiling face, joyous personality, and roaring laughter. He will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Lucho is survived by his mother, Haydee Fuchs of Lima, Peru, sister and brother-in-law Nelida and Cesar A. Vasquez, sister Jenny Fuchs, his nephew, niece and their spouses; Cesar E. and Antoinette Vasquez,  Gisella and Michael Peters and his great nieces and nephews; Gabriella, Cesar, Michael, Jacob, Santino and Vincenza.

Lucho is predeceased by his father, Carlos E. Fuchs Toro and his niece, Cinthya D. Vasquez

A private service with his family in attendance is scheduled for Sunday, February 7, 2021.
