Luis Alfredo Ruiz Sr. - North Bergen, NJ, formerly of Saddle Brook, NJ passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 28th 2026, he was 81.  Born in Lajas, Puerto Rico, Luis was the beloved father to; Louis Ruiz Jr. and his wife Melissa and to Michael Ruiz and his wife Diana, the cherished grandfather to; Michael Ruiz Jr. (Ashley), Dominique Ruiz - Thais (Ethan), Samantha Ruiz - Fontanez (Christopher), Rocco Ruiz & Louis Ruiz III; and great-grandfather to Jax, Nova, Tahlulah, Maddox & Arya.  Luis was pre-deceased by his siblings Hilda & Wilson and surviving him are his former spouse Migdalia Ocasio and a whole host of other loving family members and dear friends.  Visitation for Luis will be held on Tuesday November 4th from 4-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne.  He will then be laid to rest at 1:30pm on Wednesday November 5th at Arlington Cemetery in Kearny with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 11:30AM for a 12:30 PM procession departure.
