Della Rosa, Maria Antonia - (nee: Ferragine) passed away with her family by her side on Wednesday November 23rd 2011, she was 83 years old. A homemaker and mother all of her life as well as a loving grandmother (Nonna), Marie always enjoyed being with her family. Born in Calabria, Italy she lived most of her life in Jersey City before relocating to Bayonne. Marie was pre-deceased by her parents Anthony and Adeline Scozzafava of Calabria and her loving husband Joseph. She is survived by her children Joseph and his wife Cheryl and Adeline and her husband Frank Fekete as well as her grandchildren Maria Fekete Brugg and her husband Jordan, Anne Della Rosa Pierce and her husband Patrick, Joseph Della Rosa Jr., Frank Fekete Jr. and her great grandchild Adeline Grace Brugg. Marie is also survived by her brothers Salvatore and Alfred and her sister Nina as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be Sunday November 27th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. at 33rd Street in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be held on Monday November 28th at 11:15am at The St. Rose of Lima Church in Short Hills, NJ. Flowers may be sent or the family asks for donations to be made in Marie's honor to Foundation for Morristown Medical Center, Gagnon Cadiovascular Institute.
