Palmieri, Maria (nee: Doria) - a life long resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Friday March 16th, she was 54 years old. Maria, a practicing nurse most of her life, was the devoted wife of Vito Palmieri and the beloved mother to Anthony and his wife Lynette and to Danielle Fauci and her husband Anthony. Maria was also grandmother to Anthony Jr. and Nicolas and is survived by her sisters Rosalba Doria Rocca and her husband Fernando and Teresa Doria Tino and her husband Zaccaria as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM on Sunday March 18th at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be held on Monday March 19th at 9:30 AM at St. Henry's Church, 645 Avenue C in Bayonne with entombment to follow at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union.
