Maria Giuseppina Saltalamacchia (Liardi), 91, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 30, 2020 at Spring Grove Spring Grove Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in New Providence, NJ. Maria Giuseppina was born in Cefala Diana, Sicily on September 12, 1929 to Giuseppe and Giuseppina Liardi. Maria Giuseppina resided in Bayonne, NJ for over 60 years. She was the beloved wife of the late Vincenzo Saltalamacchia. Devoted mother of Giuseppina Maria Walsh (Saltalamacchia) . Dear mother-in-law to Anthony P. Walsh. Loving Grandmother (Nonna) to Katherine and Emily Walsh. Cherished sister to Rosa DiMiceli, Antonina Castrogiovanni, Salvatore Liardi, and the late Carmelo Liardi and Giovanna Versaglio. She is survived by many dear nieces and nephews.

Visitation and a prayer service will be held on Friday December 4th from 11AM - 1PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne.  In accordance with The NJ State mandate, masks MUST be worn and social distancing should be adhered to.
