Marie Maggio , a life long resident of Bayonne passed away on June 11, 2019 at the age of 94 with her family at her side. She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, James Maggio in 2006, her parents Nicholas Revello & Mildred Lefante Revello , her siblings: Anne Maggio , Rose Cordella , Annette Lyga , Christine Senerchia , Josephine Capodice and her brother Gerard Revello . She is survived by her two children, Sam Maggio , and his wife Debbie ( Marafioti ), Jody Morrison and her husband Gary, and 5 grandchildren, Brian, Lisa and Kelsey Morrison, Vincent, and Samantha Maggio . In addition to her immediate family, she is survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.

While raising her children she worked as a well know and beloved crossing guard on the corner of 26 ^{th street and Broadway. She also worked at Western Electric in Kearny and worked on the board of elections at the firehouse on 47th street.}

Marie was known for her an outgoing personality and great sense of humor. If you were lucky enough to be her friend, then you were treated like family. She was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Senior Citizen Club in Jersey City where she enjoyed going on various trips, especially Atlantic City, with her friends. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, aunt, friend, and neighbor. She will be greatly missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Friday, June 14, 2019 from 4:00 to 9:00 pm at Migliaccio Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 10 am St. Vincent De Paul Church in Bayonne, Interment to follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City.
