Mario Prieto – of Bayonne, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family on Thursday September 28th 2017, he was 83.  Born in Cebreros Spain, Mario was the owner operator of Lou's Gulf Service Station at 9th St. and Avenue C in Bayonne and was a founding member of The Spanish American Club.  Mario was the devoted husband to Elena (nee: Robledo) Prieto and the loving father to Charlie Prieto and wife Laura, Elena Feijoo and husband Manny and to Peter Prieto and wife Diana.  He was also beloved grandfather to Christopher and wife Cara, Alissa, Matthew, Monica, Sophia, Nadia and Ella and great-grandfather to Maxwell.  Surviving Mario are his sisters Carmen Corral and Magdelena Ceide and her husband Raul and well as a host of loving family members and friends both here and abroad.  A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday September 30th at 10:45 AM at St. Henry's Church, 82 W. 29TH St. in Bayonne.  Everyone is asked to meet directly at the church as there will be NO services at the funeral home.  Private cremation will follow.  In lieu of flowers please donate in Mario's memory to The American Cancer Society with a link found at www.MigliaccioFuneralHome.com.
