Miguel Quintela - of Bayonne passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Thursday April 16th 2015 he was 74 years old. Born in La Coruna, Spain, Miguel was the devoted husband to Josephine (nee: Senande) Quintela and beloved father to Marisol Pineiro and her husband Jorge, Michael Quintela Jr. and his wife Kimberly and to Lisa Quintela. Miguel was also the loving grandfather to Brianna & Tiffany Piniero, Michael, Morgon and Max Quintela and to Nyla Daly. Surviving Miguel are his siblings Luisa, Maria, Ramona, Vertudes, Manolo, Carmen and Jose, as well as a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and dear friends both here and in Spain. Visitation will be held on Sunday April 19th from 4-8 pm at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be held on Monday April 20th commencing at 9:30 am at St. Henry's Church, 645 Avenue C in Bayonne with family and friends welcome to gather at the funeral home beginning at 8:30 am.
