Vallerini, Mildred (nee: Rocco) - passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday April 14th, she was 87 years old. A life long resident of Bayonne and graduate of Bayonne High School, Mildred worked for the accounts receiving division of Progresso Foods and was an active member of The Bayonne Hospital Auxiliary Volunteers, The St. Vincent's Rosary Society and St. Peter's Prep "Mater Et Filius". Mildred was the devoted wife to the late Attilio Vallerini and the loving mother to Mildred Spiller and her husband Carlton, Annette Sudol and her husband Joseph and Joseph Vallerini and his wife Kathleen McKenna. She was also the beloved grandmother to Christopher and Joseph Sudol, Elizabeth Murray and her husband Ryan, Matthew and Nora Vallerini and Laura, David and Michelle Spiller. Mildred is survived by Dominick and Joseph DiGiorgio and their families as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was pre-deceased by her son Eugene and her sister Rae DiGiorgio. Visitation will be held on Tuesday April 17th from 4-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday April 18th at 10:30 AM at St. Vincent's Church, 979 Avenue C in Bayonne with interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. In lieu of any flowers the family asks that donations be made in Mildred's memory to The American Diabetes Association.
