Miriam Krapp (nee: Rodriguez) - of Bayonne passed away peacefully at her residence with her loving family by her side on Thursday December 14th 2023, she was 75. Born in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, Miriam served her community as a Special Education teacher for The Jersey City Board of Education for many years before retiring. She was also a Eucharistic Minister for St. Henry's Parish in Bayonne and an avid supporter of The Ray of Hope Foundation. Miriam was the devoted wife to Gregory Krapp, the beloved mother to Sharlene Suarez Gribler and to David Suarez and his wife Tara and the cherished grandmother to Jacob & Mason Suarez. Miriam was pre-deceased by her brother John Rodriguez and surviving her are her other siblings Lou Rodriguez, Edith Del Toro (Peter) & Minerva "Mimi" Rolon (Christopher), her sister in law Tammy Rodriguez and a host of other loving family members and dear friends. There will be a visitation for Miriam on Sunday December 17th from 2-6PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday December 18th at 10:45am at St. Henry's Church in Bayonne, 82 W. 29th Street in Bayonne. All mourners are asked to please meet directly at the church in the morning, as there will be NO services at the funeral home that day. A private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Miriam's memory to The Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, which can be done by clicking the "Memorial Donation" tab below.
