A Private service will be held at The Hollywood Memorial Mausoleum Chapel on Tuesday February 28th.
In lieu of any flowers the family requests donations be made in Nicholas' memory to The Alzheimer's Association of America, which can be done through a direct link accessed by clicking the "Memorial Donation" tab below.
