GAETANI, Nicholas, 84, of Stafford Township, passed away peacefully at the Southern Ocean Medical Center. Nicholas worked as a butcher for the Foodtown Corp. in Jersey City before retiring. He was a beloved husband to Evelyn (née:Talalai), a loving father to Sal and his wife Cheryl and Michele Gaetani. A cherished grandfather to Jenna and Caitlin Gaetani. He also had six grand-pets. Nicholas is also survived by his sister Marion Kataryniak, his sister-in-law Joan and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Salvatore and Pauline (née:Taibe) Gaetani and his brothers Salvatore and Vincent "Jimmy" Gaetani. Visitation will be held on Monday July 8th from 8:30-10:30am at the Migliaccio Funeral, 851 Kennedy Blvd, Bayonne, A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10:45am at St. Henry's Church, Bayonne following the visitation. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Nicholas memory to the St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. Envelopes will be provided for both organizations at the funeral home and a link is available on our website for the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
