Patsy DeSimone - of Bayonne, passed away surrounded by family on Sunday September 14th 2014, he was 89 years old. Born in Naples, Italy, Patsy graduated from Stevens Institute as a tool designer and worked for over 32 years at Westinghouse Electric Corp. in Jersey City. Patsy was pre-deceased by his parents Pietro and Pasqualina, his siblings Virginia Cerreta (Michael), Charles DeSimone (Rae), Frankie DeSimone (Susan) and Louise Gengo (Louis); his nephew Peter DeSimone and his beloved friend Doris Nemcik. Surviving Patsy are nieces Ginny Cerreta & Anna Gillespie (Patrick) and nephews Michael Cerreta, Frank Gengo (Marie) & Richard Gengo (Maryann) as well as many other nieces, nephews, great and great, great nieces and nephews and dear friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 17th from 4-8 pm at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral service will be conducted from the funeral home on Thursday September 18th beginning at 10 am with a mass to be celebrated at St. Vincent's Church, 979 Avenue C in Bayonne, commencing promptly at 11 am.
