In loving memory of our mother, Pushpa Suraj Masih, who passed away on November 14th, 2022. She was the devoted wife of Bishop Suraj Masih and the loving mother of Ronald (Ronnie) Massey and Peter (Rockie) Massey. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Pushpa was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.

Pushpa was born in Janjgir, India on January 1st, 1941 to Reverend C. L. Paul and Sosan Paul. She was the eldest sister of 10 children. After graduating from Bihar University with a master's degree, she started a 55+ year career in teaching as a mathematics professor in India.

God guided her to Suraj and the two were a match made in heaven. Pushpa and Suraj were married for over 52 years and had two children together, Ronnie and Rockie. When Pushpa had Ronnie, she dedicated her life to being a devoted mother, a role that gave her meaning to her life.

Our mother, Pushpa, was one of the most committed and faithful women to ever walk this earth and our family was blessed to have her guiding us. Pushpa was a passionate disciple of Christ and when she wasn't filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found in her church spreading the word of God.

Pushpa was predeceased by her father, Reverend C. L. Paul, her mother, Sosan Paul, and daughter-in-law, Sunitha Massey MD. She is survived by her husband, Bishop Suraj Masih, sons, Ronald Massey and Peter Massey, and her nine siblings, along with her four grandchildren, Isabella, Amy, Aidan, and Elijah.

There will be a celebration of life on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 11:00 am at Migliaccio Funeral Home.
