Ralph G. Manno 97 passed away peacefully on Friday, April 30,2020 at Southern Ocean Center, Manahawkin, NJ. Born in Bayonne, he was the loving son of the late Jennie and Anthony Manno. Ralph served his country proudly in the US Navy during WWII. He worked for many years as a machinist for General Dynamics in Avenel, NJ. Ralph is survived by his adoring sisters Grace Calcaterra and Minnie Covella; his loving children Christopher Manno (Dee) and Lisa Hynoski (Douglas); his cherished grandchildren Eric Manno (Margaret), Michael Manno, Zachary, Noah (Briana), and Catherine Hynoski and his beloved great granddaughter Morrison Manno. He was predeceased by his siblings Louis and Vincent Manno and Anna Muzzio; his son Robert Manno (Carol); his grandchildren Elizabeth and Joshua Hynoski; and his ex wife and friend, Joan Acito. He is survived by a host of loving family members and friends. Ralph will best be remembered for his story telling, fierce commitment to his family, work ethic, integrity, admiration for nature, love of God and country, and his beautiful singing voice. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all services held were private.
