TERRACCIANO, Ralph A., 88, of Bayonne passed away peacefully on Monday January 7th at his residence. Ralph worked at the Naval Base in Bayonne for many years before retiring. He also served his country proudly in the United States Navy during World War ll. He was a member of the American Legion Post #19 in Bayonne. Ralph was a loving father to Dominic and his wife Barbara, Gregory and his wife Dorothy, Raymond and his wife Laurie, MaryAnn Popko and her husband Joseph, and Diane Terracciano. Cherished grandfather of twelve and a great grandfather of eight. He was a dear brother to John Terracciano and Fannie Kushnir. Ralph is also survived by his companion Eileen Ponik and her two sons Richie and Andrew Ponik, and their two daughters. Ralph was predeceased by his former wife Stephanie (nee: Kiseliewicz), his parents Dominic and Grace Terracciano, his daughter Patti Ann Collins, and his siblings Vito Terracciano and Madeline Lucente. Visitation will be tomorrow Wednesday January 9th from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd), Bayonne, NJ. A memorial mass will be offered on Thursday January 10th at 9:30am at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Bayonne. (Please note: Everyone will meet at the church directly on Thursday 1/10/13 for the 9:30am mass.) Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted by Ralph's family and be given to his favorite charity. Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
