Ramon Esteban Hernandez - of Bayonne, passed away suddenly at Jersey City Medical Center on Monday February 8th 2021, he was 69.  Born in Arecibo Puerto Rico, Ramon was an avid fisherman who worked as a truck driver for the Local Teamsters Union for many years before retiring.  He was the devoted husband to Emma (nee; Fetch) Hernandez and the cherished father to Stephanie Hernandez and her partner Edward LaFuentes.  Ramon was also the loving brother to Jose Miguel Hernandez Jr. and his wife Pamela and to Carmen Alicia Hernandez-Kozel.  Ramon was pre-deceased by his brother Victor Hernandez and surviving him is a whole host of other loving family members and dear friends both here and in Puerto Rico.  Visitation will be Friday February 12th from 5-7PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne with a prayer service to be celebrated towards the end of visitation.  A private cremation will follow.  In lieu of any flowers, the family requests donations be made in Ramon's memory to The American Heart Association, with envelopes provided at the funeral home or with a direct link found on his obituary page at www.MigliaccioFuneralHome.com .
