Randell K. Waters resident of Bayonne passed away peacefully at the VA Hospital, East Orange, NJ on Sunday May 10th 2020, he was 62. Randy served in the US Navy from 1976-1980 aboard the USS Fiske-DD 842 home ported in Bayonne. He was the IMTT Pipeline Manager for many years. Randell was the devoted husband of 40 years to Maria (Tazzetto) loving father to Brian, loving father-in-law to Melissa, loving grandpa/pop-pop to Miranda, Raylan and Scarlett who he loved unconditionally. Dear son to Frances and Ronald Waters, brother to Wayne (Gloria), Jeff (Nikki) and Christopher all of North Carolina and a host of family and FRIENDS who were always family to us....Son-in-law to the late Christina (Lefante) & Anthony Tazzetto and loved by his brother-in-law Eugene (Johnna) Amy Miceli (Nick) Bob Casterline and pre-deceased by Rosemary. Randy also had a godchild Anthony J. Tazzetto who he loved unconditionally. A special thank-you to ALL on the spinal cord unit at the VA Hospital for the love they showed Randy in my absence at the time of his passing. Thank you to Pam and Astor his home care nurses for all their love and patience. Private cremation to follow.
