Richard Charles Fowler – of Bayonne passed away unexpectedly on Monday March 1 ^st 2021, he was 55 years young.  Born in Jersey City, Richard was the beloved son to Teresa (nee: Doria) Fowler and the loving brother to Teresa Nicole Fowler and to Captain Stephen Vincent Fowler of The Bayonne P.D.  Richard was also the cherished uncle to Carmelarose Fowler, James Vincent Fowler & Stephen Michael Charles, the beloved God son to Rose Marie Doria-Solan and the adoring cousin to Kathleen, Mike, Lauren, Allison & Michael James.  Richard was pre-deceased by his grandparents James & Josephine Doria and Charles & Dorothy Fowler and his father Richard C. Fowler and surviving him, is a multitude of other loving family members and dear friends.   A visitation and prayer service will be held on Friday March 5 ^th from 10:30AM – 12:30PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33 ^rd St.) in Bayonne with a graveside committal service to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.  In lieu of flowers, please donate in Richard's memory to The Wounded Warrior Project with a link found on Richard's obituary page at www.MigliaccioFuneralHome.com , where condolences may also be sent to the family.
