SUAREZ, Richard, 72, lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Friday May 20th at Hoboken Medical Center. Richard worked as a custodian for many years at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Bayonne until its closing. He was an active member of Robbins Reef Yacht Club in Bayonne. Richard was a loving father to Donald and his wife Kary, Kevin, and Danielle Nese. A cherished grandfather to Nicholas Suarez, Francesca Nese, Damian Suarez, and Chezaray Nese. Richard is also survived by his brother in law Ronald Mizerek and his niece Michelle Swick-Starbuck, and his nephew Keith Mizerek.  Richard was predeceased by his parents Alphonse and Josephine (nee:Kelich) Suarez, and his sister Diane Mizerek. Visitation will be held Sunday May 22nd from 2:00 to 6:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd), Bayonne. A prayer service will be offered also on Sunday at the funeral home at 5:00 pm. Cremation to follow will be private.
