Robert Paul Whiteford Jr. – a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday June 4th 2016, he was 79 years old. Robert served his country proudly in The US Army and served as a Boy Scout Troop Master in Bayonne for Troops 18 & 34 for many years. Robert was the devoted husband to Regina "Jean" (nee: Foster) Whiteford and was the beloved father to the late Robert Paul Whiteford III, Robin Whiteford and her wife Milly and to Richard Whiteford. Robert was also the loving grandfather to Ethan, Kyndel, Valencia and Joseph Whiteford and he is survived by his daughter in-law Sharon Whiteford and a host of other loving family members and dear friends. A visitation for Robert will be held on Tuesday June 7th from 10 – 11:45 AM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne with a brief prayer service to be held during the visitation. Entombment with full military honors will follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens in Woodbridge, NJ.
