Romana Francisco Ilaw – of Bayonne, formerly of The Philippines, passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday January 12 ^th 2021, she was 92.  Romana was the devoted wife of the late Jose Ilaw, the loving mother to Miki Ilaw, , Joey Ilaw Jr. (Evelyn), Alex Ilaw (LuLu), Lisa Healy (Michael), Noel Ilaw & Jon Ilaw (Patricia) and the beloved grandmother to Taylor, Conner & Logan Healy and to Devin, Brandon, Christian & Nicole Ilaw and to Snowie the dog.  Surviving Romana are her siblings Dr. Juanita Caccam (Ron), Josie Francisco, Dr. Luisito Francisco (Linda), Adel Francisco (Monet) & Nina Gomez (Ben) and a whole host of other loving family members and dear friends both here and in The Philippines.  Visitation will be held on Thursday January 14 ^th from 6-8PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33 ^rd St.) in Bayonne.  A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:45AM on Friday January 15 ^th at St. Henry's Church in Bayonne with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 9:30AM.  Interment will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Linden, NJ.  The mass will also be live streamed on YouTube through a link found on Romana's obituary page at www.MigliaccioFuneralHome.com .
