Rose De Paolo (nee: Pilate) – of Bayonne and Jersey City, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday January 15th 2017, she was 82. Born in New York City, Rose was the devoted wife to the late Thomas De Paolo and beloved mother to Patricia De Paolo, Gaetano De Paolo & wife Marie, Theresa Carpena & her late husband Arnoldo and to Kim Gorman & husband Richard. Rose was also the loving grandmother to Anthony De Paolo, Gaetano De Paolo & wife Annie, Nicole Diakogiannakis & husband Gus, Arnoldo Carpena & fiancé Amanda, Stephanie, Hailey & Ryan Gorman and she was great grandmother to Hunter, Alexis & Gianni. Surviving Rose are her sister Dolores Lanza and her husband Daniel, as well as a host of other loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Visitation is Wednesday January 18th from 3-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:45 AM on Thursday January 19th at St. Henry's Church, 82 W. 29th St. in Bayonne with all welcome to gather at the funeral home starting at 9:45 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
