Rose Swanson (nee: Boitano) - a lifelong resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Monday January 27th 2020, she was 88.  Rose worked for many years at Centro's Grocery in Bayonne, which was her family's business.  Rose was the devoted wife of the late William Swanson and was the beloved Aunt to Priscilla Souvlatsis, the cherished Godmother to Marc Scrudato and the cherished Great Aunt to Christopher Scrudato & to Larry Scrudato and his wife Toni.  Rose was pre-deceased by her grandparents Elizabeth & Serino Centro, her siblings Frank, Patrick, Vincent & Angelo Centro, Christina Cinnimo & Anna Chonko and surviving her is a host of other loving relatives and dear friends.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 4th from 9-11AM at Migliaccio Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne.  A funeral mass will be celebrated immediately afterwards at 11AM at St. Andrew's Parish, 125 Broadway (at 4th St.) in Bayonne with entombment to follow that at Holy Cross Mausoleum in North Arlington, NJ.
