Thomas Caltagirone - 66, a lifelong resident of Bayonne, NJ, passed away unexpectedly on December 29, 2020. Tom was a graduate of Marist High School in Bayonne and Montclair State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts with honors. He was a lover of the arts, often spending time sketching and painting people and places that inspired him as well as reading poetry. Tom loved animals dearly, taking in a dog or cat that needed a loving home. He was a natural caregiver who had a huge heart and always offered a helping hand or words of encouragement to those close to him.

Thomas was predeceased by his parents, Genevieve and Joseph Caltagirone Sr. and is survived by his loving brother and sister, Joseph Caltagirone Jr.(Diane) Geralyn Perricane (Vincent), his adoring nieces and nephews: Krista, Kimberly Fullam (Michael), and Michael Caltagirone, Jessica Nolan(Matthew), Zachary and Gina Perricane; great nephews Surrey and Kane and an aunt, Helen Costello of Bayonne.

Visitation for Thomas will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2021 from 2-4 pm at Migliaccio  Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33 ^rd St.)  in Bayonne.
