Falco, Velia Maria - of Bayonne, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday April 30, 2013, she was 35 years old. Born in Italy, Velia was the beloved daughter of Giovanni and Antonietta Falco and the beloved sister to Mario Falco and his wife Vanessa and to Saverio Falco. Velia was also the cherished aunt and godmother to Mario Alejandro Falco and is survived by her grandmother and namesake and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends both here and in Italy. A visitation will be held on Thursday May 2nd from 2-4 PM and again from 7-9 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be held on Friday May 3rd at 9:30 AM at St. Henry's Church, 645 Avenue C in Bayonne with entombment to follow at Glendale Cemetery in Bloomfield, NJ. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Velia's memory to The Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke, DUMC Box 3624, Durham, NC 27710.
