Veronica A. Patrick (nee: Latko), a lifelong resident of Bayonne, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones, at the age of 83. Veronica was the beloved wife and soulmate of Joseph A. Patrick, with whom she shared almost 60 wonderful years of marriage.

Born and raised in Bayonne, Veronica was a cherished member of the community, known for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering dedication to her family. She worked as a waitress all her life before retiring, touching the lives of many through her hard work and friendly demeanor.

Veronica was a loving mother to Lucy Patrick, Deborah Geremonte (nee: Patrick) and her husband Tony, and Joseph Patrick. As a grandmother, she brought joy and love to Tiffany Carney (nee: Geremonte) and her husband Sean, Justin Patrick and his wife Grace, Anthony Geremonte and his fiancée Olivia, Jared Patrick, and Sage Patrick. Veronica was also a proud great-grandmother to Alexis Gannon, Oliver Carney, and Kirsten Carney. She was preceded in death by her beloved grandson, Bryan Gannon.

Veronica's life was a testament to her love for her family and her community. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to be part of her life.
