Vincent DeMaio – a longtime resident of Bayonne, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Saturday September 24th 2016, he was 91. Born in Newark NJ, Vincent was the devoted husband to Mary (nee: Caputo) DeMaio and the loving father to Guy DeMaio and to Joy Gross and her husband Larry. Vincent was also the beloved grandfather to Michael Gross and cherished brother to Netta Albanese and Adele Albanese and her husband Joe and brother-in-law to Annie DeMaio. Vincent was pre-deceased by his brothers Raymond and Timothy, his sister Emily Grillo and her husband Leonard and his in-laws Virginia DeMaio and Tony Albanese and surviving him is a host of other loving family members and many dear friends. Visitation will be held today, Monday September 26th from 4-8 PM at Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd. (at 33rd St.) in Bayonne. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday September 27th starting at 11AM at St. Vincent's Church, 979 Avenue C in Bayonne with all welcome to gather at the funeral home beginning at 10 AM. Entombment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Park in Union, NJ.
