DORIA, Vincent, 88, of Bayonne, passed away peacefully at the home of his daughter in Barnegat, New Jersey on Friday December 26th. Vincent was born in San Vito, Italy, and has lived in Bayonne most of his life. He worked as a carpenter for Local #6 at the Military Ocean Terminal in Bayonne, before retiring. He was a lifetime member of the YMCA, and enjoyed playing handball and tennis at the 16th Street Park, here in Bayonne. Vincent also served his country proudly in the United States Navy. Vincent was a beloved husband to the late Tina "Gaetana" (nee:Montagna), A loving father to Vincent and his wife Gina, Joette and her husband Neil Devaney, and to Pennie and her husband Timothy Burke. Cherished grandfather to Tim Burke and his wife Sarah, Brett Burke and his wife Kristen, Brittany Burke, Taylor Doria, Madison Doria, and Vincent Doria. Great grandfather to Peyton Elizabeth Burke. A dear brother to Vito Doria and his wife the late Anna, also a dear brother in law to Charles and Louise Montagna. Vincent was also predeceased by his parents Vincent and Elizabeth (nee:Polera) Doria. Visitation will be Sunday December 28th from 2:00 to 6:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd), Bayonne. A mass will be offered on Monday at 9:30am at St. Henry's Church, Bayonne. Interment to follow at Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Vincent's memory to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, envelopes provided at the funeral home.
