Morelli, Jr., Vincent, 86, of Wimauma, Florida formerly of Jersey City and Bayonne passed away peacefully on July 4th at his residence. Vincent worked for Rapid Transport, Preston Trucking in Jersey City and Regal Oldsmobile in Union City. He also worked as a car salesman and on the Piers at Port Newark in Elizabeth for many years before retiring. He was a beloved husband to Geraldine "Gerry" (née:DeFranco), a loving father to Vincent and Anthony Morelli. A cherished grandfather and adopted father to Michael (Alicia), and a great grandfather to Santino Morelli. A dear brother to Peter Morelli and Ellen DiGilio. Vincent was predeceased by his parents Vincent Sr., and Melinda Morelli, his first wife Angela (née:Sofo) Morelli, his children Angela Morelli, Philip Morelli, and Susan Mansour, his brothers Sonny (Alfred) and Joseph (Joe-Joe) Morelli and his sisters Marie Cassell and Anna Flaherty.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday July 14th at 11:00am at St. Vincent's Church, Bayonne, with family and friends invited to meet directly at St. Vincent's for the mass. Interment to follow at Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Vincent may be made to the Moffitt Cancer Research or a Hospice.
