Obituary

SCIANCALEPORE, Vincenzo, 74 of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 10th at the Bayonne Medical Center. Vincenzo worked for the Path in Jersey City for 30 years before retiring in 2010. He was also an active member of the Knights of Columbus #675, Color Corp Commander and a parishioner of St. Henry's Church. Vincenzo was a beloved husband to Priscilla (nee:Ranski), loving brother to Giulia Calo, and to Anna Cafaro and her husband Gennaro; brother-in-law to Barbara & Joseph Stevens. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends and a special friend of John and Suzanne Buzinkai. He was predeceased by his parents Felice and Lucia Sciancalepore, his father-in-law and mother-in-law Walter and Teresa Ranski, and his brother-in-law and sister-in-law Gregory and Roseann Ranski. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 12th from 4:00-8:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home, 851 Kennedy Blvd, Bayonne. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, February 13th at 10:45am at St. Henry's Church, Bayonne. Family and friends are welcomed to the funeral home on Monday, February 13th beginning at 9:45am, prior to mass. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. In lieu of flowers, donations in Vincenzo's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
