IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Vito Treglia
Jr.
September 2, 1979 – January 16, 2020
Vito Treglia Jr., 40, entered into eternal rest while surrounded by his loving mother Carol and his kid sister Carolyn whom he both adored and cherished. A lifelong resident of Bayonne, he graduated from The Midtown Community School, Bayonne High School and St. Peter's College. Vito worked as a counter helper and delivery person for Tony's Pizzeria and a delivery person and pizza maker for Mama Rosa's Pizzeria.
Vito was such a selfless, remarkable person that he worked 60 hours per week, every week, to help pay for his sister's law school education and help her fulfill her dream of becoming a lawyer. He was a genuine person with a heart of gold and did not have one jealous bone in his body. When his father Vito Sr. pre-deceased him in February of 2019 he had big shoes to fill but stepped up as the only man in the house and was always there to take care of his mother and sister. They could never have asked for a better son or brother, because Vito was always amazing, and they are proud of the man that he became. He was a best friend to both of them and will be sorely missed.
"Vito, you helped both mom and I become better people and for that you will never be forgotten. I hope you know how much you were loved by us! You were wise beyond your years and deeply admired by us. We will greatly miss your beautiful smile and wonderful personality."
Vito was the devoted son to Carol Treglia (nee: Weir), the loving and wonderful brother to Carolyn Treglia, dearest nephew of Dennis Weir and his wife Charlotte and the cherished grandson of Mary. Vito is survived by many dear cousins and loving friends.
