PILGER, Walter J. 70, of Bayonne, passed away peacefully on Saturday February 15th at the Bayonne medical Center. Walter worked for P.L.M. Trucking in Bayonne before retiring. He was a beloved husband to Margaret (nee:Caiazzo), a loving father to Tracy, Kerry, Laurie, Scott, Chris, Nicholas and Margaret. A cherished grandfather to Francesca, Santino, Gianna, Samantha, Brandon, Sabrina, Luke, Ryan and Mia. Walter was predeceased by his parents Roland and Catherine Pilger. Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 18th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00pm at the Migliaccio Funeral Home 851 Kennedy Blvd (at 33rd), Bayonne. Services will be Wednesday February 19th beginning at 10:00AM with a prayer service at 11:00am at the funeral home. Cremation to follow will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Walter's memory to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Envelopes provided at the funeral home.
